Stability is reached by years of psychiatry help and medication trial and error. I have been working  for 15 years with my psychtrist, and maybe this time we have it right. It is a waiting game, first does the medicine work, then is the dose right . This all takes time, then when you think it is right it stops working and your back to step one. Don't give up all the work is worth it..
