Bipolar II disorder is a type of mental illness. It has similarities to Bipolar I with mood shifts in between highs and lows over a period of time. Hypomania may also cause people to become more talkative, resulting in temporary boosts of self-esteem. Making rash and uncontrollable decisions is a sign of hypomania.

One can be within a structured group with a time frame and on a continuous nature without any limitations involved.
