Do you seem to feel different? Are you always worrying or feeling out of control about one thing or another? These are two very common symptoms of depression and bipolar disorder. Sometimes you may not realize that there is something wrong with you. You think that it’s just lack of sleep or maybe some muscle pain. Did you pull something and not know it? These are the most common symptoms of depression. When you experience an attack, things seem to spiral out of control. You can feel like you're fine and that everything is great. Then in the next moment, you’re crying your eyes out and you don’t want to get out of bed for days.
Depression affects everyone differently but attacks are a very serious issue. If you hit the ultimate low then there is cause for worry. This low could cause you to have suicidal thoughts. Some can feel when an attack is coming and seek help while others don’t even know what is going on with them.
Compulsive shopping can be a symptom of an attack also. You are trying to fill a void that perhaps that you didn’t even know you had. After buying all of this stuff knowing that your budget can’t hold it, you go into buyer’s remorse thinking about all of the stuff that you bought and feeling as though you shouldn’t have.
Having violent outbursts when feeling low is another symptom of the attack. You seem to have no control over what you are feeling or saying so you take it out on whoever is around you. Not getting out of bed or taking care of yourself for days or even weeks is a serious sign of a depression attack even if you might not think so.
